Costs 

Two Night/Two Day Option - $280.00pp - $325.00pp 

Weekends & School Holidays (Friday - Sunday night & all School Holidays) - $325.00pp

Weekdays (Monday - Thursday = $280.00pp)

Minimum 4 and maximum 10 people per booking (or 8 singles)

Includes:

  • Access to private tracks
  • Two nights glamping accommodation. All quality linen and towels provided.
  • Delicious food for two days (breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and home baking).
  • Food includes an evening meal and dessert on your day of arrival, and a substantial morning tea on your day of departure
  • 2 days walking with maps 
    • Mountain View Loop - 9km or 13km
    • Farmland Loop - 5km 

Three Night/Three Day Option - $380.00pp - $425.00pp 

Weekends & School Holidays (Friday - Sunday night & all School Holidays) - $425.00pp

  • Three nights accommodation (glamping & farmhouse) All quality linen and towels provided.
  • Delicious food for three days (breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and home baking).
  • Food includes an evening meal and dessert on your day of arrival, and lunch on your day of departure
  • 3 days walking with maps 
    • Mountain View Loop - 9km or 13km
    • Farmland Loop - 8km 
    • Mangapipi Walk - 12km 
  • Luggage transportation (from glamping to farmhouse and back to your car).

One Day Walk Option - $40pp

Includes:

  • 9km or 13km walk with map provided
  • packed lunch

Deposit & Payment Details 

  • We require a deposit of NZ$100.00 per person to confirm each booking. Your booking is not secured until this is received. 
  • The remaining balance of $210pp is due two weeks prior to your arrival date. 
  • Payment may be made by online bank transfer, cheque or cash. Sorry we do not have eftpos or credit card facilities
  • Please make one payment per group for the depoist and remaining balance. It is best for the “team leader” to collect deposits/balances from each member of the party and then send us one lump sum using the appropriate references.
  • Make cheques payable to Ridge Top Farm and send (along with your arrival date & Surname booking is made under) to Sarah Gilbertson, Ridge Top Farm, 1027 Waituna Tapuae Rd, RD9, Feilding 4779.  
  • Paying online, our account no. is: 12 3186 0001450 00  For payment reference please use the surname the booking has been made under along with your arrival date.  Unreferenced payments are difficult to trace - please ensure you use the correct reference. 

Cancellations & Refunds 

  • Cancellation prior to 14 days of booking date a full refund will be provided. 
  • Cancellation within 14 days incurs a forfeit of the depoist. 
  • Cancellaion within 3 days incurs a 100% forfeit of the total booking price.   

Saftey and Hazards  

  • Ridge Top Farm Walk is situated on a working farms and there are hazards both natural and man-made. When your booking is confirmed via email from ridgetopfarmnz@gmail.com you accept that you enter the property at your own risk to participate in the farmwalk/glamping accommodation package.
  • Participation in activities such as, walking on the property's, outdoor baths, climbing trees and any other activites on the property's is the responsibility of the Guest and is done so at their own risk.
  • The person who completes the Booking Form/Booking Email confirmation certifies that: he or she is authorised to agree to these Saftey Hazards on behalf of all persons included in the group, including those substituted or added at a later date; the signatory is over eighteen years of age; they agree to take responsibility for the party occupying the Package (accomodation, walk or both), and to notify Ridge Top Farm Walk if they are not a member of the holiday party.
